Final Payment Policy for Your Tour
If you paid a deposit to reserve your spot, the remaining balance for your tour is due by 11:59 PM (Central Time), one calendar month before your tour check-in date.
How to Make Your Final Payment
You can pay your remaining balance through our Tour Management Dashboard.
Important Payment Details
✔ Late or missed payments: If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled, your deposit will not be refunded, and you will not be allowed to join the tour.
✔ Single payment required: Our system does not support installment or split payments. The remaining balance must be paid in a single transaction.
✔ No automatic charges: We do not automatically process your final payment. You must log in and make the payment manually.
✔ Payment reminders: We will send email reminders before your due date to ensure you don’t miss your payment.
✔ No phone payments: We do not accept payments over the phone.
